My PC doesn't use eblocker, but I have no Idea why. All other Devices use it.

Need Answer

Hi,


I have a problem with my main computer. All my mobility devices use eblocker successful. I restarted my computer many times. Or disconnect from my WLAN to get a new IP. But all of this doesn't help me to find a solution.


I use the DHCP of Eblocker, Automatic doesn't work.


Have anybody an idea to find a solution for my problem?

does your PC appears on the eblocker device list (settings -> devices) and is it configured as "enabled"?

yes it is. Therfore I can´t understand my problem. On my Android Device is the same problem. Iphone and Tablet works perfectly.

which Browser and operation system do you use? And could you please descripe the problem more detailed. What do mean with: "I have a problem with my main computer"? Do you see the eBlocker icon on http://setup.eblocker.com?

Hi Tim,

of course. I see the the eblocker icon on all my mobile devices or other pc's. But my main computer doesn't show the eblocker icon. I don't know why. This Devices is included in the list of devices at eblocker and the device is enable.

I disable the DHCP function on my fritzbox and enable this function on eblocker. When I use the automatic network configuration of eblocker, then I see the eblocker Icon on my PC. But then is the traffic very slow.

I use the current version of Firefox and Chrome

can you describe your network setup?

Which Fritz!box does you use?

Does you use switches? If so, are they managed, or unmanaged?

Does you enable the SSL support on your eBlocker? If so, does disabling the SSL support on your eBlocker helps?

Does all your PCs suffers the same problem?

Which kind of operation system do you use on your PCs?
