eBlocker stopped working.

Need Answer

Hello, I've used my eBlocker quite some time now, but it suddenly stopped. There is no icon shown or anything else. The LED's on the ethernet port are ok: yellow is continuously on and green is frequently flashing.

The DHCP list shows the eBlocker, but looking at the connected devices with a network analyzer it shows no eBlocker.

Devicenr. = SN000000925

What can I do?

First I tried the factory-reset procedure and it didn't work.

After a while I tried a different USB-stick and then it did work.

The result is that my eBlocker is operating as it used to do.

I am having the same problem... eBlocker was working fine a couple of days ago, now... nothing. I am not getting eBlocker icon on any web pages. Yellow light is on and green light is blinking.

How do I proceed?

Like P.J.E.I. Quaedvlieg said, please try the factory reset. This should fix your problem.

As mentioned earlier, this worked for me, but I am having to factory reset every few weeks now, with the same issue. eBlocker stops working, LEDs on back are on but no icon and no TOR.

Is there a fix for this or will I just have to keep resetting?

I followed the factory-reset procedure as available in this eBlocker support. Find it under 'Installation'.

Then it started running again and is working like before.
